UpSkill Provider Directory

Find support coordinators and allied health professionals who are right for you

The UpSkill Provider Directory gives you access to profiles of support coordinators and NDIS allied health professionals with a wide range of specific skills and experience. Each provider has completed UpSkill training with the Summer Foundation on topics such as how to help you navigate the NDIS, specialist disability accommodation, housing, leaving aged care and leaving hospital.

Please note: The UpSkill Provider Directory has just been launched. This means that not every location or service type has listings right now. We are working on getting more providers listed so that you have more choices. If you are a support coordinator or NDIS allied health professional, you can help us grow the UpSkill Provider Directory by completing training with us and creating a profile.

This Directory accepts listings from a range of different NDIS allied health professionals. Sometimes it can be hard to know what to look for. We have provided information about what each of these providers do and what services they can provide.

Important information about the UpSkill Provider Directory

The UpSkill Provider Directory is an initiative of the Summer Foundation. The Summer Foundation provides this Platform only.

Apart from enabling you to search for a Provider, the Summer Foundation has no control over your interaction with the Provider, or the description of the services listed on the Platform by the Providers. The information on each profile has been written by the Service Provider and has not been verified by the Summer Foundation.

Each provider listed has completed at least one approved UpSkill training module. All listings are for individuals only, not organisations.
