More information about my experience:

Before starting All Round Coordination I was a LAC for 2 years and a registered nurse for 4 years prior to that. In the background I have caring experience for 21 years with my eldest (with disability, physical health and mental health as well) and 14 years with my youngest (with disability).

A little bit more about me:

I started All Round Coordination which is a support coordination business that brings a holistic approach to support coordination. I look at not just the participant, but also their carers (both informal and formal) and what can be implemented to assist everyone. We do not bill for travel, check in phone calls or text messages to see how everything is going or check in emails to see how everything is going. We bill for actions that come from those things, though. We are all about transparency and offer the option that if you would like a weekly email containing a copy of the case notes written up during the week, that will be emailed to you. Also the invoices that come out each week, will have listed on them small snippets about non face to face activities that have been completed during the week that are being billed for.

I love being able to assist a person to be able to achieve even the smallest of goals. Sometimes that might even just be a smile for the day, if that happens, then I have done a good job.
