More information about my experience:

Previously worked in an inpatient rehabilitation setting for 7+ years including equipment prescription and home modifications.
Supported NDIS clients for the last 4 years with a variety of diagnoses however primarily Autism and Intellectual Disability. This has included the provision of Occupational Therapy supports for a range of living skills. Additionally I have completed numerous housing assessments with recommendations for Specialist Disability Accommodation and Supported Independent Living.
