More information about my experience:

I have loved working as an occupational therapist in the NDIS space since May 2019, in addition to working as a disability support worker since December 2017. I enjoy being ‘at the coalface’ when it comes to supporting people with disability and love meeting new people, hearing their story and getting after their goals.

My Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) have been used to support hundreds of people on the NDIS, as well as to support people in gaining access to the NDIS for the first time. In particular, My FCAs have been used for many NDIS participants with Independent Living Options (ILOs), to support them in their housing needs and preferences.

I have skills working with:

• People with ageing or seriously ill parents/family
• People with behaviours of concern

I like playing all sports, watching a good documentary on Netflix and spending time in the garden on the weekends; trying my absolute hardest to keep my lawn and plants alive through the Perth summer…with mixed success.
