I have worked as a Support Coordinator for 2.5 years and have been supporting Participants of the NDIS with their Housing needs and preferences for that time.Prior to this role I have worked as a Community Services Trainer and Assessor / Workforce Capacity Builder for 15 years, a Disability Support Worker , Direct Support Team Leader in a variety of support settings for over 20 years, an Individual Advocate for People with Disabilities in the Victorian Justice System , Community Services Sectors, State and Local Government.
