More information about my experience:
I have worked in the disability sector since 1984. My roles have included group home settings, adult day services, out of home care, case management as well as support coordination. I have assisted people with intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, physical and neurological disability. I have worked with people with neuro-degenerative, autism and acquired brain injury. I have completed housing assessments, SDA applications and transitioned participants into supported accomodation.

A little bit more about me:
I have over 30 years experience in the disability field including over 6 years as a case manager, and 3+ years experience as a NDIS Support Coordinator. I have great insight in to the challenges faced by participants in the NDIS world. In my case management and support coordination roles, I assisted children, adolescents and adults with disability and their families with accessing the NDIS, NDIS Pre-Planning, setting up and managing their NDIS plans. I have experience with supporting NDIS participants during the transition phases of their lives such as school to adult services, finding supported housing and exploring work options. I am committed to continuous education and providing best practice and evidence-based services to NDIS participants.
