Heidi Fleming’s role involves supporting and guiding NDIS participants through the process of applying for SDA accommodation.

Heidi started her career as a case manager with UnitingCare Disability, supporting people to link with services, before she moved to managing a group home with Sunnyfield for 3 years, then developed training material for staff in active support and skills for life.

Before joining the Housing Hub Heidi was working as a Local Area Coordinator with Uniting.
