The Housing Hub covers all of Australia. Properties listed by housing providers may include existing Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), new SDA builds, non-SDA supported accommodation, private rental and properties for sale. Let the Housing Hub do the work for you!
Create a Seeker profile by answering a few questions about where you want to live, and what you want and need in a place to live. The Housing Hub will send you properties that are a good match, with a ‘Suitability Score’ that tells you how well the property matches what you’re looking for. Find the home that’s right for you, and create a housing seeker profile.

NDIS Housing Advice Line
The Housing Hub has a free NDIS Housing Advice Line that operates Monday - Friday 10am-3pm (AEDT).
The line supports people with disability and supporters to:
- Understand NDIS home and living options
- Access information about home and living supports
- Receive info on the process to apply for NDIS home and living supports
