The Ian Potter Foundation

We gratefully acknowledge the support of the Ian Potter Foundation who have recently agreed to fund a Pilot Information and Carer Support Network for Families of Younger People in Residential Aged Care. This project will enable us to locate, connect, inform and support the families of people under 60 years of age with acquired disabilities currently living in aged care in Victoria.
