Welcome to the Summer Foundation. We aim to provide information to young people at risk of entry or currently in nursing home care, their carers and workers.

You can find information and videos about alternative accommodation options by following the 'Projects' link on the top menu bar and selecting 'DVD & Information Booklet'.

In our Resources section, you'll find a copy of the report which aggregates the information collected during the my future my choice assessment and planning process.  This report outlines the support needs, accommodation preferences and future directions for younger people in or at risk of entry to residential aged care.

Tell Your Story - Expressions of Interest

The Summer Foundation is seeking expressions of interest from people either living in aged care or at risk of admission to aged care who would like to tell their story. We are also interested in hearing about the perspective of family members.
