The Summer Foundation has a job opening for a 0.6 EFT Family Network Coordinator, based at our office in Box Hill, Victoria. This primary role is to arrange meetings for families of young people in nursing homes (or who are at risk of entering nursing homes) to provide information, support and connect families, and also empower participants to engage in advocacy for better outcomes for young people with disability.
